Responsible for assisting project management team in specialized administrative functions.
Locations - Wilmington, DE, Alexandria, VA, or Watertown, MA office
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining trial master files and project websites
Assisting in the development of presentations.
Support finalization and distribution of project reports to collaborators and regulatory groups.
Providing administrative support for project meetings and conference calls.
Submitting project expenses including site payments.
Producing and circulating project reports.
Meeting minutes and documents to the project team and project sites as needed..

Requires a BS/BA and 2+ years progressively responsible administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Proficiency in database, word processing software and Microsoft Office.
