Examples of past intern projects include:

• Artificial intelligence pilot to predict patient care needs

• ID card pilot for address management system

• Change management training module creation and rollout

• Salesforce intake and workflow creation

• Clinical decisioning framework development

Qualifications

Successful intern candidates are:

• Pursuing a BA/BS at an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Organizational Change Management, Healthcare Management or Healthcare Administration

• A rising Junior or Senior (preferred)

• Achieving a 3.0 GPA

• Available June 7th – August 13th

• Intellectually curious self-starters with the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible team environment

• Active in case study competitions or consulting clubs

• Experienced leaders in student or volunteer organizations

Desired skills and knowledge include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Superb problem-solving skills using logic and data

• Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Data analysis and data visualization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Process excellence/improvement, including information analysis, application of process centric methodologies/tools

• Project management, including time management, template development, action item monitoring/reporting

• Change management, including understanding of ADKAR change management principles

Colorado Hourly Pay Range*: $16.50/hour - $17.04/hour
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
