Responsible for assisting project management team in specialized administrative functions.

Locations - Wilmington, DE, Alexandria, VA, or Watertown, MA office

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining trial master files and project websites

  • Assisting in the development of presentations.

  • Support finalization and distribution of project reports to collaborators and regulatory groups.

  • Providing administrative support for project meetings and conference calls.

  • Submitting project expenses including site payments.

  • Producing and circulating project reports.

  • Meeting minutes and documents to the project team and project sites as needed..

Qualifications

Requires a BS/BA and 2+ years progressively responsible administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Proficiency in database, word processing software and Microsoft Office.
