Marketing Communications Manager (Pre-enrollment communications) - PS11770

Location: Work at Home US

Responsible for managing the communications for pre-enrollment. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

•Manage the strategy through execution of enrollment guides, benefit fair materials, signage, giveaways, group applications, member applications and adhoc requests.

•Defines timelines to open enrollment, benefit fairs and sales initiatives.

•Works with vendor to develop business rules, version grids and process for automating enrollment guides in accordance to sold accounts. (On-Demand)

•Manage review and edits provided by internal clients, subject matter experts and regulatory reviewers.

•Creates and maintains departmental communication projects and materials, and assists in production and distribution.

•Provides annual marketing plan in collaboration with annual lessons learned

•Trains service operations and internal clients on policy changes through training materials, hands-on training and ongoing updates

  • Requires a BA/BS degree;

  • 5 years of experience in marketing and client management with onsite client support; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience must include developing member communications from inception to fulfillment.

  • Experience writing and briefing agencies on business requirements for automating documents is required.

  • Proven experience developing creative through to execution is required.

  • Must have proven ability to create schedules and manage to schedules, including strong time management skills

  • Prior experience in communications and marketing in a health care environment preferred.

  • Medicare marketing experience is required.

  • Working knowledge and marketing communications experience aligned to support a Group Retiree segment is preferred.

  • Experience working within a highly regulated environment (CMS/DOI) that requires following extensive legal and federal regulatory requirements is required.
