Pharmacy Account Manager
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Supports the strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region. - Provide ongoing support to regional decision makers and support PBM field sales team during RFP processes. - Assist in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings, revenue opportunities and meeting internal health plan penetration goals.
Work location: Any Anthem state; may consider other locations for most qualified applicant
Requires a BA/BS; 3-5 years of related experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
A Pharmacy License or equivalent service in specialty Rx arena is strongly preferred. - Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $112,800 - $141,000 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. * The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
