IngenioRX Program Consultant
Work Location - Open to anywhere in the US
Responsible for supporting team members who develop and provide ongoing management of one or more external network physician facing programs within a business unit. Program consultants provide an integral role and typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external network physician facing projects or initiatives. Program consultants will also have decision making authority for the programs they are supporting. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages the development, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going external network physician facing programs and/or projects; develops program budget; ensures program meets its stated objectives; provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues.
Responsible for managing project timelines and deliverables for initiatives that support overall strategy, vision, and goals in a matrixed environment
Collaborates and provides support for metric reporting to other process owners on data collection and reporting.
Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.
Manages relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas; coordinates training related to the external network physician facing program; develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of external network physician facing program success.
Be an active participant in weekly/monthly leadership meetings/calls and disseminates information related to deliverables, reporting and other items.
PBM or Health Plan experience highly preferred.
Highly organized, motivated and team-oriented
PMP certification, preferred
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) would be helpful
Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 3-5 years of experience in external client facing program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. For the Behavioral Health organization, lived experiences with behavioral health programs is strongly preferred. Graduate degree, professional designation related to field or project management experience preferred. 5 years of experience in external client facing program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. For the Behavioral Health organization, lived experiences with behavioral health programs is strongly preferred. Graduate degree, professional designation related to field or project management experience preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $66,480 - $83,100
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
