The Execution Director is responsible for facilitating the execution of enterprise initiatives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model;
Partners with the Enterprise Strategy team to facilitate information exchange and issue resolutions between the Execution Team and Work Streams shared services partners, and regulatory and legislative affairs teams.
Monitors projects, ensuring the program meets milestones, deliverables, budget, and objectives.
Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
Collaborates to utilize lean capabilities for projects, tools, and methodologies and ensures timely execution of projects.
Provides strategic direction and continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives (enterprise dependency, program solution delivery). Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coaches on implementation requirements.
Creates internal and external communication strategies.
Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8 years of experience in healthcare industry that includes large scale strategic planning, consulting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to travel may be required.
Large scale program mgmt experience
Excellent project mgmt skills – from planning and inception to implementation and execution
Business mgmt or consulting experience
Leadership experience, including presenting to C-Suite
Experience with planning and leading operational readiness and change management (ProSci ADKAR)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong PowerPoint skills, at an intermediate to expert level using charts, graphs, and adding quantitative and qualitative analysis information
Expert experience with multiple delivery models including Agile SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid
Expert experience with Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Service Now
Strong financial management skills and experience in managing project budgets
