Account Service Coordinator
Work location: Jersey City, NJ
Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain and grow relationships with external pharmacy partners.
On-board and ensure expectations are aligned for partnerships.
Streamlines complex claims, and enrollment issues.
Makes routine account visits or virtual check ins to ensure KPI's and expectations are met.
Coordinates meetings for training on any software updates.
Requires a BA/BS; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Account management experience preferred.
Travel may be required.
