Title : Program Director - Value Based Solutions*

Preferred Locations: Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, New York, Texas

Status: Full-time, Salary, Bonus Potential

*Value Based Solutions (VBS) is primarily responsible for partnering with corporate and regional teams to understand market and provider needs and provide solutions required to achieve Cost of Care and growth KPIs.

The Program director is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more portfolios, for Value Based Solutions, that are multi-market, multi-Line of Business, multi-function and multi-year in scope.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Directs the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going VBS programs. Establishes program governance when needed to assure response to issue escalation; develops program budget and ensures program meets its stated objectives.

  • Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices.

  • Manages VBS Vertical relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas including Cost of Care team, OTIC, IT, Health Econ and VBS support functions.

  • Develops communication documents and training criteria related to VBS program success measures.

  • Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the program’s success

  • Drives portfolio management coordination for 1 or more VBS verticals

  • Manages the tollgate reviews for project entry into SNOW

  • Manages and facilitates portfolio management meetings and related prioritization functions

  • Partners with portfolio management peers to ensure consistency of process across all VBS functions

  • Works with financial team to develop financial models and financially based KPIs for the team

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree;

  • 10 + years of experience portfolio management, program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning;

  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Project management certification (PMP) preferred.

  • Experience with financial modeling and Value Based Care programs strongly preferred
