Wellness Program Manager
The Wellness Program Manager will provide analytical expertise, business case support and recommendations in the development of wellness programs. This role will review programs, suggest modifications, ensure our achievement of competitive market position, in addition to other goals identified by the business. This role is critical in ensuring our benefits and welfare programs enhance the organization’s ability to recruit, retain, and motivate employees. This role will report directly to the Staff VP, Benefits.
Serve as expert for strategic planning and implementation of wellness initiatives
Review wellness programs and provide analysis of opportunities for continuous improvement
Administer employee benefits and wellness programs and ensure that all programs are efficiently and accurately administered in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
Manage vendor relationships and performance
Develop effective communication programs that promote wellness and benefit programs
Perform in-depth analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing wellness programs

Wellness Program Manager
5 years of experience in wellness or human resources, preferably with employee benefits experience;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Health and welfare experience.
Health Promotions experience
Corporate Wellness Program management experience
