Responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Develops in-depth analytical reports. Provides support for Level I & II analysts. Designs formats for data studies and analyses. Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed. Designs complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories. Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results. Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data.
Requires BA/BS degree in business or math related field and 3-5 years of data collection and analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have an understanding of metrics and statistical calculations and presentation and analytical skills; knowledge of OLAP reporting tools required. Requires knowledge of or training in process improvement and process control competencies and Barometer IT Inventory Platform,
