The Transformation Office (TO) is looking for innovative, high energy problem solvers to help drive change across the enterprise.

The Project Leader will be responsible for working with the Transformation Office and other areas to identify and implement varied projects and plans that support achievement of our corporate goals.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Support special projects (strategic and process-focused)

  • Communicate progress, issues, and barriers, within the teamand to internal and external customers

  • Perform regular and ad hoc analyses (qualitative andquantitative)

  • Synthesize data and discussions to draw out key points tocreate conclusions

  • Assist with discussion planning, materials creation andpreparation for key executive meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires a BS/BA degree in a related field

  • 3 years of experience as a member of a project team, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small projects

  • Ability to excel in ambiguous situations

  • Strong communications and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to travel
