Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting all administrative operations for the Population Health Platforms leader and the product team.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Arranging, scheduling, managing logistics, and preparing agendas for client sales and scoping sessions, external vendor meetings, demos, monthly product reviews, and quarterly onsites.

  2. Registering and tracking training to ensure that associates complete the required courses/certifications.

  3. Track completion against team action items, scheduling follow up sessions as needed to drive outcomes; and serve as administrative support to the Directors of PopHealth Platforms (meetings, travel, expense, etc.).

  4. Researches and resolves complex administrative issues and concerns.

  5. Leads projects on product and administrative conversions, system migrations and implementations.

  6. Manages new case implementation through completion of all deliverables.

  7. Identifies best practices, potential issues, project charge, and scope and recommends processes and systems that support business needs.

  8. Provides on-going root cause analysis and identifies opportunities for process improvement.

  9. Leads teams of subject matter experts to determine business impact of projects/ mandates/regulations.

  10. Assesses risks.

  11. Develops business requirements.

  12. Serves as a liaison with vendor, business, marketing, and shared service partners.

  13. Collaborates with leadership to align key business priorities and projects and to develop new and renewal strategies for supporting sales functions.

  14. Manages multiple projects of cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement changes to business operations.AnEqualOpportunityEmployer/Disability/Veteran

  • Requires a BA/BS degree.

  • 4 years of related experience.

  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide and equivalent background.

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency.

  • Company systems knowledge including front and back end processes/workflows required.

  • Project leadership skills required.

  • Knowledge of benefits and products, enrollment, billing and underwriting guidelines required.
