Lead and develop a team of high-performing leadership development professionals and program managers that design, implement and manage enterprise-level, people leader capability programs and experiences to achieve business growth plans and enable a high-performing culture, including:
-Foundational People Leader Capability for all Staff/Regional VP, Director and Manager levels
-High Potential Programs for all Staff/Regional VP, Director and Manager levels
-Newly Promoted Manager onboarding
-MBA Leadership Development Program
Devise and manage measurement strategies that measure the impact of the leadership development strategy
Develop enterprise-wide leadership development strategy and roadmap to enable cultural transformation, elevate leadership capabilities, and improve people manager effectiveness
Lead large scale learning initiatives with significant business impact, requiring enterprise and cross-functional collaboration and partnership
Provide operational oversight for all People Leader programs including project, budget, and vendor management
Consults with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of management training programs.
Ensures that all programs are designed to maintain plans and strategies.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 10 years of experience in enterprise wide training and development leadership required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Mid-level management curriculum design experience required.
Curriculum design for high performing and high potential management staff preferred.
Advanced degree or professional learning and development certification preferred.
3-5 years of HR and/or talent management experience preferred
3-5 years of people and budget management experience
Experience in “academy” organizations and/or Fortune 100 companies known for strong HR and/or leadership development practices
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end learning strategies in a large, growing, and complex business
Experience assessing, selecting, and managing vendor partners to deliver learning programs
Deep knowledge of people leadership best practices as well as the latest research and emerging trends regarding highly effective leaders
Expertise in a broad spectrum of learning practices, technologies, tools, and modalities including blended learning journeys, simulations, and other adult learning modalities
Understanding of best practices regarding business case and measurement strategies for leadership effectiveness
