Directs activities within one or more functional support areas which are cross-functional, enterprise-wide, highly complex and/or require support of large Plan of Record (POR) investment portfolios in Enterprise Benefit Administration (EBA).

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Builds and leads strategic benefit programs. Provides enterprise leadership and stewardship in defining, developing and communicating standards in benefit development and management. Works with business constituents to identify appropriate, relevant metrics. Interfaces with the IP Council and their leadership team as well as senior leadership across the organization to provide key deliverables and guide IP owners to informed investment decisions for the Plan of Record. Evaluates results, identifies trends and major findings and articulates improvement opportunities. Serves as single point of contact for specific area(s). Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires BA/BS degree in related field; 10+ years management experience and/or managing large scale technology projects in a complex business and systems environment that demonstrated process improvement capability (metrics, process redesign, organizational operating model/structure/staffing models), cross functional experience in technical disciplines (e.g. database modeling, technical expertise and background on a functional platform or area etc.) or external consulting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters degree preferred.
