Digital Product Manager Lead

Reporting to the Product Owner Lead, the Digital Product Manager is responsible for consulting with our stakeholders and vendors to develop and document detailed understandings of business requirements, translating those requirements into functional specifications and technical needs, and driving the development team through delivery of mobile apps and web.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assesses digital impacts of initiatives, prioritizes agile scrum work team activities in the backlog, and addresses execution obstacles.

  • Accountable for product delivery.

  • Communicates status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to constituencies including management and other team members including but not limited to IT and business stakeholders.

  • Organizes and facilitates standard agile operating processes including writing functional specifications, story grooming sessions, research planning, capability needs, product roadmaps, release communication, and budget management; ensures initiatives meet stated business goals and solutions are delivered with quality.

  • Ensures the organization meets its performance goals and that there is alignment across the execution teams, escalating and resolving issues impacting delivery.


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree; 7 years of experience leading large initiatives involving digital product delivery and management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Scaled Agile experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or technical Project Manager in an eCommerce, healthcare, or related environment.

  • Expert in online scrum tools, such as Jira or Confluence, or other similar tools.

  • Possess a thorough understanding of MS Office systems.

  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.

  • Experienced in consultations with business stakeholders and technical partners. Ability to communicate with people at all levels.

  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and management of multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated understanding of how to interpret stakeholder business needs and translate them into requirements.

  • Excellent in writing effective documentation including functional specifications, process flow maps, and use cases.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a goal-oriented project team.

Annual Salary Range*: $107,772 - $134,715

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
