The Mail Services Associate delivers, opens, sorts and prepares mail, interoffice correspondence, storeroom requisitions, and print shop requests and delivers to appropriate areas.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Processes outgoing mail for pickup and ensuring outgoing mail meet FedEx and USPS requirements.

  • Identifies and responds actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers, internal and external.

  • Conducts research and resolves issues.

  • Independent problem solver and decision-maker.

  • Works without significant guidance.



  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of previous experience with the ability to operate basic equipment

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge/experience

  • Overtime required during peak seasons.

    Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while meeting/maintaining quality and productivity requirements.
