  • Formulates short-and long-term Medicare marketing strategies to engage membership.

  • Ensures the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.

  • Fluent in digital marketing strategies, campaign development, and execution.

  • Works with a cross-functional team to support Medicare business, STARs, HEDIS, and other government-related measures/regulations and build strong member connections.

  • Drive data analysis needs, tracking, and reporting.

  • Comfortable creating and delivering management-level campaign results.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills.

  • Can drive internal marketing processes and comfortable in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Builds multi-channel, market-specific, member-centric marketing plans.

  • Makes recommendations on marketing campaign and vendor selection and serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.


  • Requires BA/BS degree; 8-10 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

  • Has experience in Adobe platform, strong Excel, and PPT skills.

  • Able to manage an individual budget.
