Voluntary Benefits Marketing Manager
We're looking for a dynamic marketing leader to help us deliver on our vision for the member journey by developing and implementing member communication solutions. Successful candidates should have experience building marketing strategies, project plans and activating personalized communication programs that support customer journeys. Experience with campaign automation, journey mapping, writing (in a simple conversational tone), and data analytics background or strong experience in analyzing and measuring performance, is also preferred.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, highly motivated and self-driven team player with the ability to successfully partner with multiple departments to meet deadlines established and execute flawlessly to achieve defined objectives.
Part of a performance-based marketing team, driving increased membership in medical and voluntary products for open enrollment, as well as leading enrollment strategy for Anthem Student Advantage
Works closely with Enterprise Marketing & Martech partners to plan and deliver mobile & digital enrollment & plan selection capabilities
Build and oversee member communication solutions that work across all market segments
Ensure alignment with Anthem’s brand voice
Build Omni-channel communication plans that drive results
Work with creative partners to develop messaging that is compelling and on-brand
Partner closely with other member communication practitioners to deliver a seamless engagement experience for our members
Develop business cases to drive the adoption of marketing campaign recommendations.
Manage campaign spend/budget by Business Unit
Requires BA/BS degree: 5+ years of experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Must have marketing experience in healthcare and/or voluntary & group benefits
Expert knowledge of digital and direct marketing channels and best practices
Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and evaluate performance.
Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to visually represent complex ideas in a simplified way
Salesforce/AEM/Marketing automation experience preferred
