Systems Training Specialist

As the Systems Training Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, sales and technical training.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature

  • Delivers synchronous and asynchronous systems training

  • Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs

  • Exercises classroom management including learner performance and escalates issues

  • Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction

  • Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences that drives learner effectiveness

  • Keeps technical skills updated

  • BA/BS in related field, 3-5 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of WGS (Claims processing) highly preferred

  • Working knowledge of NASCO is a plus

  • Working experience in training systems to a sales audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to content development process

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Sales business groups

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with training colleagues

  • Adobe Connect proficiency

  • Camtasia proficiency

  • Experience creating systems training content

  • Working effectively with business partners

  • Managing training projects
