Manager, Talent Acquisition Support

The Mgr, Talent Acquisition Support is responsible for managing our Talent Acquisition support team. Managing a team of up to 15 team members including: hiring, training; coaching; counseling and evaluate performance of direct reports. This team is responsible for all activities from Offer Acceptance to Onboarding of new hires. This team prepares offer letters, processes background checks, manages onboarding activities, tracks I9s, immigration reverifications, and Day One activities. The manager is also responsible for other system upgrades and management of changes to tools used


  • Requires a BA/BS; 2+ years of people management experience; 5+ years experience in HR administration; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Talent Acquisition experience preferred
