Therefore, incumbent that providing its world-class services and being easy to do business with include the way we proactively and reactively communicate Anthem’s information technology and cybersecurity capabilities and programs, both internally and with our clients.

The OCISO Client Support Advisor is responsible for coordinating information technology and cybersecurity activities and communications for a portfolio of accounts that includes Anthem’s largest commercial and government business clients. Key objectives include:

  • Developing trusted relationships with key client, information technology, information security, commercial, and government business leadership and teams at all levels, keeping pulse of customer satisfaction, and identifying and addressing potential issues in a proactive manner

  • Understanding the information technology and cybersecurity concerns and regulatory environments in which Anthem and Anthem’s top commercial and government clients operate

  • Staying informed about information security and regulatory trends and be aware of how Anthem’s information technology and cybersecurity programs are evolving to meet ever-increasing threats and regulatory requirements

  • Understanding leading information security frameworks and how Anthem’s information security program address the requirements of each

  • Staying informed about newsworthy information technology and cybersecurity vulnerabilities and developing customer and Anthem-internal communications to ensure customers and Anthem associates know Anthem is aware of and takes appropriate actions to protect all members’ data

  • Developing regular communications and presentation materials that allow Anthem’s clients, Account Executives, and Sales Executives to better understand, and be confident of, Anthem’s information technology and cybersecurity capabilities used to protect our members’ data

  • Assisting Account Executives and Sales Executives with understanding the impact of non-standard information security requirements and developing strategies to align clients’ expectations with Anthem’s standards, identifying alternate approaches, and influencing clients’ expectations

  • Developing and maintaining a catalog of all non-standard client requirements accepted by Anthem and ensuring Anthem stakeholders developing new applications, products, or services or affected by those requirements are aware of the requirements and understand how best to efficiently satisfy those requirements

  • Working with vendor procurement and sourcing to ensure that all new vendors or expansion of existing vendor services consider unique client requirements apply and ensure those requirements can be satisfied

  • Responding to information technology and cybersecurity inquiries and requests

  • Supporting prospective client and client information technology written and onsite assessment requests and working with IT support teams and leadership to develop responses and capture evidences

  • Coordinating client application and penetration testing requests, assisting with documenting testing scope and prerequisites, and ensuring testing is completed satisfactorily with any vulnerabilities identified reviewed and, if accepted, tracked through remediation

  • Consulting with various IT and business teams on security challenges, proposed solutions or changes that have a potential security impact to ensure that the appropriate mitigation of risk is incorporated in the final outcome

  • Supporting metrics and reporting framework to measure the programs’ efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity level

Info Security Sr Advisor

  • Requires BS/BA in related field; 8+ years experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management; significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required.; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted data processing controls and concepts as applied to access management and network security technologies, hardware, software, data, network communications, and people.

  • Security Certifications: CISSP and other advanced technical security certifications (e.g. Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, Information Security Engineering Professional, Certification and Accreditation Professional, or equivalent certifications) preferred.

Info Security Exec Advisor

  • Requires BS/BA in related field; 10+ years experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management; significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required; requires broad-based experience to plan and design highly complex systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted data processing controls and concepts as applied to access management and network security technologies, hardware, software, data, network communications, and people. Security Certifications: CISSP preferred and other advanced technical security certifications (e.g. Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, Information Systems Security Engineering Professional, Certification and Accreditation or equivalent certifications).
