The Director of Marketing Communications, Creative Services is responsible for developing marketing communications solutions to promote the company's products and services. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: • Consults with marketing leaders to identify business objectives. • Directs marketing communications vision to support regional and corporate strategic objectives. • Ensures collaborative output and cost-effective solutions that are on brand, on brief, and in alignment with our brand purpose. • Oversees a team of writers, designers, and project managers. • Integrates multi-channel communication and direct response strategies to ensure that communication activity is appropriate and effective for campaign/market objectives. • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports. • Evolves team talent and develops leadership behaviors that build trust, respect, and accountability among team members.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Agency experience and/or health care knowledge preferred. (Creative account executive, Creative team leader, Account executive, Project manager at an agency highly preferred)
