This job is responsible for providing operational oversight and leading Over the Counter (OTC) order processing and fulfillment team.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to warehouse management, inventory management, order fulfillment and customer services processes.

  • Monitor resources and system to ensure that the operation continues in an efficient manner.

  • Work with management to continuously improve OTC system and operations.

  • Communicate with management to ensure that day to day operations are accomplished in accordance with organization policies procedures and governance.

  • Asst with the day to day production to include production planning, resource planning, inventory management and purchasing.

  • Continuous oversight of production in each area to make sure fulfillment is ongoing including warehouse management, filling of bins with OTC product to ensure all orders are process in a timely manner.

  • Monitor inventory and production workload on a daily basis including reordering form vendor, processing received inventory in system.

  • Assist in order processing, fulfillment and inventory related task including end to processing of OTC and Diabetic supply orders as needed.

  • Review and audit outgoing orders to ensure high quality of order process.

  • Oversee tickets to ensure proper closure of customer service request and complaints.

  • Ensure employees are following all safety and operating procedures.

  • Assists in updating policy, procedure and work instruction as required.

  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to all team members for various functions.

  • Support all aspects of companys business related to Over the Counter operations.


Associate degree;

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain and order fulfillment required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Must be bilingual (Spanish)
