The Manager II Performance Enhancement is responsible for assessing operational performance and managing the development and implementation of action plans where indicated. This position will have 13 direct reports and can be based in an office location.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviews and enhances operational performance of all service teams.

  • Audits team efficiency and accuracy.

  • Oversees the QA review of on-line and completed team production. Initiates, implements, and audits action plans.

  • Monitors process improvements on current workflow/procedures to ensure continuous and ongoing enhancements.

  • Coordinates action plan reviews.

  • Oversees design/delivery of technical training programs and monitors effectiveness of service training programs.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires B.A. or B.S. degree; and 7-10 years experience in operations, quality assurance, and/or training program development; project management and organizational development skills; experience utilizing adult learning theory and instructional systems design methodology; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare insurance and/or Medicare experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.

  • Quality and operations background is strongly preferred.
