Location: The selected candidate is for the Ohio market and will be working remotely.
The Account Management Advisor is responsible for assisting in developing and building improved methodologies and practices consistent with current enterprise goals.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Participates on change initiatives teams and formal/informal meetings/communications with area lead contacts to gather needs and issues. Works with Business and IT SMEs on helping areas articulate needs to the department and documents needs statement and requirements.
Monitors initiatives and good practices from other areas for possible leveraging across enterprise. Also monitors adoption and use of processes, tools and practices to create action plans in collaboration with the user area to improve usage. Acts as a team member on change and improvement initiatives.
Participates in changes across the organization by working with other Relationship Managers and key associates from the organization. Helps identify and coordinate independent initiatives within the department.
Assist areas with due diligence on new ideas and acts as the voice of the customer within meetings.
Serves as advocate for Enterprise strategies and priorities. Flows a technology solution from concept to reality.
For Discovery: Coordinates all pre-assessment Intake - facilitates recurring pre-assessment sessions; ensures involvement and engagement of assigned pre-assessment team in preparation for each session; distributes meeting minutes.
Conducts Discovery status reviews, consolidates metrics and performs follow-up activity as required to ensure accurate status reporting.
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years experience in any of the following: coaching, mentoring, monitoring and measuring Information Technology process, tools and standard practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Relevant certification in applicable domain such as Project Mgmt, Quality, Availability and Reliability is strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of project management methodology, tools and processes strongly preferred.
