Direct Sales Agent (Medicare) - Work from home office
Responsible for selling a full portfolio of Medicare Products telephonically and providing high level customer service.
Primary duties may include but not limited to:
Selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D and ancillary products telephonically and providing excellent customer service
Must be a high performing sales agent and at minimum achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals to ensure annual goals are met.
Master at converting leads to sales on the first call
Use a consultative, value based approach to selling
Understand client needs and offer solutions
Manage a book of business
Ability to make high volume of outbound dials
Meet Telephonic Performance metrics
High school diploma 2 years of telesales experience
Health insurance license
Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Energetic, outgoing, and positive demeanor. Can work independently or as a part of a team
Open to coaching and feedback
Able to work a schedule between the hours of 8AM to 8PM M-F, and overtime during the week and on weekends during our AEP (10/1-12/7).
