CareMore’s Health Networks, Primary Care+,Touch and CareMore@Home models drive strategy, operations, and care delivery in our national markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and the District of Columbia), where CareMore builds and runs capitated primary care medical groups, at-risk health networks and upstream care delivery products in service of high-risk Medicaid, Medicare and commercial patients, and ourcollaboration with Emory Health System in Georgia . Our comprehensive, upstream approach to health is led by robust multidisciplinary teams of extensivists (managing acute and post-acute episodes of care), primary care clinicians, behavioral health clinicians, care management & engagement specialists (including social workers, case managers and community health workers), and mobile home-based care teams. Implements the community outreach and retention strategies to achieve the marketing and retention goals and to further support the efforts to reach potential members and connect them to company services.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop & execute community outreach plan.

  • Recruit and hire staff including training, coaching, feedback & monitoring.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with targeted providers including growth & retention strategies.

  • Promote the company's services to community and faith based organizations.

  • Develop regional public relationship plan to expand the program messaging and promote community activities.

  • Measure & track results through score carding and identify root causes that will enable assigned retention targets to be met within assigned area.

  • Deliver presentations, attends meetings, and distributes educational materials to member and non-members.

  • Meet and present to county and community officials.

  • Develop and manage area budget.


  • Requires BA/BS degree in marketing, public health, health education or other related discipline, 5 years related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Requires exceptional networking & negotiations skills, and strong public speaking/presentation skill, and previous consumer marketing and/or grassroots/community outreach experience.

  • Bilingual preferred.
