Anthem’s multi-year Modernized Migration program, is seeking an enthusiastic, high energy, and motivated individual that can be part of business process and data migration/conversion initiative. This person will play a critical role in engaging the business stakeholders through the migration, gather requirements, analyse solution options, work with various IT and Vendor partners to provide optimal solution.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs

Lead, Analyze, triage & publish test run defects and drive changes to closure by working closely with other stakeholder

Should be able to derive & understand the overall functional design of data migration process from legacy systems to target system

Should be able to work with onshore to lead discussions on various mapping documents and ensure timely delivery.

Should be able to validate pre-migration, field level and post load business system validation reports created by team before they are shared with Anthem businessowner.

Build strong understanding of various entities in the Enrollment, Billing and Commissions Mainframe screens, navigations covered during the Business System validation process and groom the team members on the samelines.

  1. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.

  2. Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. In depth knowledge of tools utilized.

  3. Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements.

  4. Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. Develops use cases.

Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; Preferred to have

Certification in PAHM professional. Working knowledge of mainframe and

Informatica technologies.

6years of hands on experience in a system analyst role. Excellent

communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders in US

and coordinating with Offshore teams

Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis with IT stakeholder and

documenting assessment and presenting updates to leadership and executive

audience. Hands on experience conducting JAD sessions with multiple

stakeholders – Business and IT

Strong working knowledge of requirements gathering, drafting and managing

change requests/requirements document usingAnthem’sstandardized process

or Industry standard Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Strong working

experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications.

· Development experience working with Mainframe – COBOL, IMS, DB2, ETL tools, SQL, and Informatica (preferred)

· Proficient in using MS Office tools, Requirements management tools, Confluence (JIRA)
