You will be responsible for analyzing and driving desktop vulnerability management programs.

Location: Indianapolis, IN preferred or Atlanta, GA, Virginia Beach, VA on-site

Responsible for procedures to ensure the safety of information system assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide second level technical trouble support; solve randomlyoccurring problems; support customer service requirements for establishedinformation and computer security standards; administers information securitysafeguards.

  • Perform implementation tasks for system and network securitytechnologies; execute testing.

  • May work with vendor services

  • Compile vulnerability data and analytics in support ofremediation across the enterprise

  • Perform simple configuration changes to meet businessrequirements under supervision.

  • Compile and collect capacity data to be used for planningpurposes; perform documented preventative maintenance routines undersupervision.

  • Assignment to project teams to represent information securityrequirements and perform operations and administration tasks.

  • Respond to level 3 & 4 change and problem requests;participate in level 1/2 incident recoveries with minimal supervision.

  • Requires 2+ years’ experience in support and operations rolein any of the following areas: access management of network securitytechnologies, servers, networks, telecommunications, operating systems,middleware, hardware/software support, or other infrastructure role; orequivalent education and experience.

  • Must be capable of providing top-tier support for 2 or moreof the information security technology common body of knowledge skill sets: 1)Access Control, 2) Application Security, 3) Business Continuity and DisasterRecovery Planning, 4) Information Security and Risk Management, 5) Complianceand Investigations, 6) Operations Security.

  • Knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted dataprocessing controls and concepts as applied to hardware, software, data,network communications, and people.

  • Analytical and reporting skills

  • Communication Skills

  • Desktop technology experience

  • Experience with any information security tools for solutionmanagement.

  • PC skills including Microsoft Excel – intermediate level orabove, PowerPoint – basic level.

  • Documentation skills with prior experience developing processesand workflows a plus.

Preferredskills/exp

  • PriorProject leadership experience

  • Experienceworking within healthcare insurance industry

  • Experiencecoordinating and leading meetings

  • Strong analytical and incident management skills
