  • Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation and serves as a strategic leader for assigned accounts and direct reports.

  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations.

  • Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.

  • Maintains ongoing account relationships.

  • Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customer’s expectations.

  • Identifies and addresses root cause and primary trends in order to initiate plans for correction and improvements.

  • Established plans to enhance operational collaboration and shared goals in order to achieve a high performing, cross-functional team.

  • Develops implementation processes and manages reporting processes to ensure high levels of account satisfaction and retention.

  • Provides both on-site and off-site customer service, including interpreting plan design, researching and resolving inquiries, claims, and enrollment issues.

  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions.

  • Participates in efforts to support standardization across accounts. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of their team.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travel may be required.
