Job Description:

Capacity Planning/Forecasting Metrics analyst: to support department staffing strategies and resource planning

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing all forecasting processes.

  • Assures quality and integrity of the data collected and reported.

  • Serves as liaison for the enrollment forecast processes and the annual operating plan.

  • Ensures that forecasting methodologies are aligned with business targets and operating plans are consistent with corporate objectives.

  • Oversees the definition, development and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 5-8 years progressively responsible experience in data collection, analysis and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Advance degree preferred. Experience in sales enrollment reporting and forecasting preferred. Knowledge of the health care industry.

  • Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting is required.

  • Knowledge of the health care industry is preferred.
