Manager Sales Administration Responsible for managing the sales support and administration activities.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Manages the processing and distribution of external and internal sales commissions. - Develops and distributes sales management reports. - Manages the activities of sales assistants, agency service reps, agency management reps. - Develops process improvements to streamline sales support and administration activities. - Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Work location - Any office in one of the following Anthem states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Virginia, Wisconsin.
Requires a BA/BS; 3-5 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Sales or sales support experience required and broker experience preferred.
Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $68,800 - $86,000 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
