Medicare Field Sales & Service Rep - Northeast Ohio Territory
Total compensation will consist of base + commission, with a potential to earn $120K a year at 100% of goal. There is a significant upside for any Field Sales Rep who exceeds goal.
Field Sales Reps are expected to self-generate 90% of their leads through grassroots marketing events in-low income neighborhoods.
Corporate Amex card for business related expenses. Laptop, IPad & Cellular provided.
This is a work from home opportunity. Candidates must reside in the territory area.
We are seeking a licensed commission-driven sales professional to work in the Northeast Ohio area. Products include Medicare health products (Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, Medicare Supplement and Part D). Leads will be drawn from 90% self-generated leads and 10% company generated leads.
Meet monthly sales goals through the development and implementation of a strategic sales and territory development plan.
Prospect, initiate and build network/lead base & referrals to grow revenue.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to consumer groups & individuals.
Conduct private Medicare product seminars
Work events which place FSRs in proximity to our target market
Achieve expected close ratio targets ranging from of 35% - 60%.
Become known as a visible and recognized Medicare resource in assigned territory.
Adhere to all compliance and company rules and mandates set forth in the CMS marketing and compliance guidelines as well as in the company policies and procedures.
Manage all leads within the designated timeframe on the company contact database in order to exceed company standards for quality, accuracy and timeliness.
Arrange private appointments in the customers’ homes, make outbound phone calls to prospects, and manage customer records in the automated lead tracking system according to the departments standards.
Entrepreneurial mindset; independent & energetic thinker a must.
Skilled at connecting and networking, with a successful track record of self-generating leads through personal grassroots marketing.
Health and Life license required.
2 years of experience selling Medicare/Medicaid products strongly preferred.
Experience selling D-SNP is strongly preferred.
Strong PC and keying skills required.
Experience working with the Medicare/Medicaid population is strongly preferred.
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills required.
Experience using a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred.
Reliable transportation - Travel up to 75% within assigned territory.
